How do you ship packages?

Packages from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders require 1 business day processing time. The estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days within the United States. Products that do not show 4 days delivery information come from a different warehouse and may take up to 14 days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
